I continually study to stay abreast of current trends,  I have recently passed the AWS Cloud Practitioner exam and I am currently studying for the AWS Developer Associate exam.

I am absolutely passionate about diversity in tech and I mentor and present at many community meet-ups (Women who Code), YOW (session host 2019), Coder Dojo and MusesJS

I recently developed and launched app into the Xero Marketplace

In 2020 I was awarded the ‘Women in Digital Technical Leader of the Year’ award

Rachelle Le Quesne: A self-motivated and goal-oriented professional offering a 15-year track record demonstrating strong analytical and problem solving skills, expertise in data management and analytics, and the all-important interpersonal skills that can make or break a team dynamic. I have been involved in every stage of a project: from business analysis, functional requirements, solution design and development, through to reporting and user acceptance testing.

I have played many roles and work well with people from all backgrounds and skill profiles. As a developer, I work alongside my colleagues to build solutions that solve business problems for our clients. As a business analyst, I help non-technical users identify and accurately document their business problems. As a consultant, I liaise with management at all levels to prioritise business needs, resolve conflicts, and choose appropriate solutions.

I take direction well and yet I can step up and take charge when the situation requires it. I enjoy the challenge and rapid turnover of agile web development and look forward to adding value to your project.

A tiny house enthusiast and a lover of good food 🙂
